What is RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy

RTT stands for Rapid Transformational Therapy. It was developed by Marisa Peer over 30 years of working with real clients — from everyday people to Olympic athletes, celebrities and leaders.

 

It combines the most powerful elements of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and NLP into one approach. But what makes it different is not what it combines. It is what it does with it.

 

RTT does not just help you manage your issues. It finds where they came from and removes them at the root.

You were not born with your issue.
Somewhere on life's journey it was created.
And anything created can be let go of.

HOW IT WORKS

The subconscious is where the real work lives

Most of what drives you — your beliefs, your patterns, your emotional responses — lives in the subconscious. Not the part of you that knows something is wrong. The part that keeps doing it anyway.

 

RTT accesses the subconscious through a deeply relaxed, focused state. We go back to the root — the moment, the message, the experience where a belief was formed. We reframe it. We replace the old belief with one that actually serves you.

 

Then neuroplasticity — the brain's proven ability to create new neural pathways — makes that change stick. The session opens the door. The audio is how you walk through it.

Most clients need between one and three sessions per issue. Not years. Sessions.

WHAT I USE IT FOR

The things that haven't shifted

Intimacy blocks and shame around desire and sexuality

Body image and a difficult relationship with food or your own body

Trauma — the kind that lives in the body not just the mind

Low self-worth and the relationship patterns it creates

These are places where the subconscious has been running an old story for a very long time. RTT changes the story.

THE HYPNOSIS QUESTION

Yes, RTT uses hypnosis.
No, it is not what you think.

Hypnosis in RTT is simply a deeply relaxed, focused state. Your conscious mind drifts. Your subconscious becomes more open. You are fully aware throughout, completely in control, and you will not say or do anything you do not want to.

You cannot get stuck.

You cannot be made to do anything.

You are always the one in charge.

Think of it as a quiet space between your conscious and subconscious mind. That is where the real work

happens. That is why it works.

WHY I USE RTT

Root cause.
Not symptom management.

Most approaches work with the conscious mind — the part that already knows something is wrong. RTT works with the subconscious — the part that is actually running the show.

 

The beliefs formed there, often in childhood, drive everything. How you see yourself. How you love. What you think you deserve.

When you change the belief at the root, the symptom loses its foundation. That is when real change happens. Deep and lasting.

​

That is why I use it. And why it works.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your session, step by step

01. The intake 

Before the RTT session we have an intake together — 30 to 60 minutes to get

clear on what we are working on and where it comes from. Come ready to be

honest. The more open you are, the deeper we can go.

02. The session

Around 90 minutes. You enter a deeply relaxed state. We explore the root together. You are aware throughout. Some people feel emotional. Some feel calm. Both are completely normal.

03. The audio

After the session you receive a personalised audio recording built specifically for you. The session creates the shift. The audio is how you anchor it. It is not optional — it is part of the work.

04. The 21 days

Listen every day for 21 days. The subconscious learns through repetition. This is how the change becomes permanent.

BUT SOMETIMES YOU JUST NEED TO TALK

RTT is powerful.
But it is not always where we start.

Sometimes you need to say the thing out loud. To think it through with someone. To feel it properly. To just have it held.

That is what the 1:1 session is for. No hypnosis. No agenda. Just 50 minutes of honest, held conversation with someone who gets it and won't flinch.

Everything I offer is tailored to where you are. We start where you need to start. And we go at the pace that is right for you.
